8. If the issue is specific to a particular app, you can clear its cache and data by going to [Settings] >> [Apps] >> select the specific app >> select [Clear cache] or [Clear data];
9. Check for projector firmware updates by navigating to [Settings] >> [Device Preferences] >> [About] >> [System update];
10. Perform a factory reset on the projector by going to [Settings] >> [Device Preferences] >> [Reset];
