Mi Smart Projector is unable to browse the internet or access specific websites.

If the Mi Smart Projector is unable to browse the internet or access specific websites, please refer to the following steps:
1. Ensure that the projector is connected to the internet;
2. If the projector is unable to access specific websites, try accessing those sites on other devices, such as a computer or smartphone, using the same network. This can determine if the issue is with the projector or with the websites themselves;
3. If the projector are using Wi-Fi, try reconnecting the Wi-Fi to see if that resolves the issue by navigating to [Settings] >> [Network & Internet] >> choose the Wi-Fi you connected >> [Forget network] >> [OK] >> choose the Wi-Fi to connect >> enter the Wi-Fi password and confirm it;
4. Sometimes, network issues can be resolved by power cycling the router and modem. Unplug them, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug them back in. After the restart, try to connect to the projector again;
5. Double-check the website URL for typos. Ensure you've entered the correct address;
6. If you are using a web browser on the projector, try clearing the browser cache and data;
7. If the issue is specific to a particular browser, try using a different browser on the projector;
8. If you are using a VPN or proxy on the projector, try disabling it to see if it's causing the problem. Some VPN or proxies may restrict access to specific websites;
9. If you have parental control settings or website filtering enabled on the router or within the projector settings, make sure they are not blocking the websites you want to access;
10. If the issue still persists, please update the firmware of your projector by navigating to [Settings] >> [Device Preferences] >> [About] >> [System update];
11. If the issue persists, you can try resetting the projector to its factory settings. This will erase all settings and data, so back up any important information before proceeding.
