If the MicroSD card isn't working properly with your Mi Home Security Camera 360° 1080p, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure both Mi Home app and the firmware of the Mi Home Security Camera 360° 1080p are the latest version;
2. Before using the MicroSD card with the camera, format it on your computer and make sure the file system must be FAT32;
3. Ensure that the MicroSD card is compatible with the Mi Home Security Camera 360° 1080p. It should be a high-quality MicroSD card with a capacity of up to 64GB;
4. Ensure that the MicroSD card is inserted correctly into the camera's MicroSD card slot;
5. Sometimes, dust or debris can accumulate in the MicroSD card slot, preventing proper contact between the card and the camera. Use a can of compressed air or a soft brush to clean the slot gently;
6. If possible, try using a different MicroSD card with the camera to see if the issue persists. This way, we can rule out whether the issue is originated from the SD card or the camera.
If the issue still remains unresolved, don't hesitate to reach out to either our local service center or seller for assistance. They'll be more than happy to help you out!
