The map created by the Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Ultra Set is skewed or overlapped

The Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Ultra Set utilizes laser sensor to map out the layout of your home. The sensor scans the surroundings, creating a detailed map of the rooms, furniture, and obstacles.
If the map is skewed or overlapped, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve issues. Turn off the robot vacuum, wait for a few minutes, and then turn it back on;
2. Refine the placement of the charging dock to an open area. Ensure there are no obstructions within a 0.5m radius on either side and a 1.5m clearance in front of the dock;
3. When the robot vacuum is creating the map, please don’t move the vacuum or change its direction;
4. If there is direct light reflection at home, the robot vacuum may not correctly create a map;
5. As a last resort, please perform a factory reset. This will erase all saved settings.
If the issue still remains unresolved, don't hesitate to reach out to either our local service center or seller for assistance. They'll be more than happy to help you.
