When you cannot view the real-time camera monitoring, please perform the following troubleshooting steps:
1. This problem is probably caused by the poor network environment. Please change the network environment to check.
2. Please check whether the Mi Home App version and mobile phone system version need to be updated;
3. The inferior memory card will cause the camera system to crash and it cannot be used normally. Please check whether the memory card is inserted into the camera.
