The Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 comes with an automatic charging feature. When reaching the charging dock, the vacuum aligns itself with the charging contacts on the dock. It initiates the charging process, drawing power from the dock to recharge its battery.
If the vacuum can't be charged, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Please check if the charging dock is properly connected to the power outlet. Make sure both ends of the charging dock and power cord are plugged in;
2. Ensuring that there are no objects within 0.5 meters on either side and 1.5 meters in front of the charging dock;
3. Ensure the charging contact on the charging dock and vacuum is clean. Poor connection may lead to charging failure;
4. Check if the ambient temperature is too low (below 0℃) or too high (above 40℃). Please try charging the vacuum again when the ambient temperature is suitable;
5. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve the issue. Turn off the vacuum, wait for a few minutes, and then turn it back on;
6. As a last resort, reset the vacuum to its factory settings. Once the vacuum has reset, you need to set it up again using the Mi Home app or configuration interface.
If the issue still remains unresolved, don't hesitate to reach out to either our local service center or seller for assistance. They'll be more than happy to help you out!
