The Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Pro cannot be turned on

To turn on your Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Pro, locate the power button and press and hold on it for 3 seconds. Once you've done that, the device should power on and its indicator light should light up, indicating that it is ready for cleaning.
If the robot vacuum cannot be turned on, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure that the Power button on the robot vacuum is clean;
2. The battery power might be low. Please charge it using the charging dock before use;
3. If the robot vacuum's battery is completely depleted, it may not turn on until it has been charged sufficiently. Allow the robot vacuum to charge for several hours, and then try to turn it on;
4. The robot vacuum may turn off automatically, if the ambient temperature is too low (below 0℃) or too high (above 35℃). Please ensure the ambient temperature ranges from 0 to 35℃;
5. Check the power cable for any signs of damage or wear. If you notice any issues, try using a different power adapter or charging cable to see if that resolves the problem;
6. Inspect the robot vacuum for any obstructions or blockages that may be preventing it from turning on or operating correctly. Clear any debris or foreign objects from the robot vacuum's wheels, brushes, and sensors;
7. As a last resort, reset the vacuum to its factory settings. Once the vacuum has reset, you need to set it up again using the Mi Home app.
If the issue still remains unresolved, don't hesitate to reach out to either our local service center or seller for assistance. They'll be more than happy to help you out!
