The Mi Smart Antibacterial Humidifier can not be turned on

To turn on your Mi Smart Antibacterial Humidifier, locate the power button and press it. Once you’ve done that, the device should power on and its indicator light should light up, indicating that it has started working.
If your humidifier can not be turned on, please refer to the following steps:
1. Ensure the humidifier is properly plugged into a working power outlet. Try plugging it into a different outlet to rule out any issues with the current outlet;
2. Examine the power cord for any signs of damage, such as fraying or cuts. If the cord appears damaged, the humidifier will not turn on. Replace the power cord and try again;
3. Verify that all components of the humidifier are properly assembled and in place;
4. Unplug the device and wait for a while, then connect it to the power outlet and turn it on to see if the issue persists;
5. Make sure the water tank of the humidifier is filled to the required level. The humidifier has a safety feature that prevents it from turning on when the water level is too low;
6. Over time, mineral deposits or mold can build up in the water tank or on the humidifier's components, which may block the device and affect its performance. Clear any debris or buildup to see if the issue persists;
7. Check for any available firmware updates to resolve the issue within the Mi Home app;
8. Delete it from the Mi Home app and then re-add it to the app to see if the issue persists;
9. Uninstall the Mi Home app and reinstall it again to see if the issue persists.
If the above troubleshooting methods can’t resolve the issue, please contact our local official service center or your seller for further assistance. They will help you in this regard.
