The Mi Air Purifier 3C can’t be turned on
To turn on your Mi Air Purifier 3C, locate the power button and press it. Once you've done that, the device should power on and its indicator light should light up, indicating that it has started working.
If your Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier cannot be turned on, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Ensure that the air purifier is properly connected to a power outlet and that the power adapter is plugged into a functioning power outlet;
2. Check the air purifier and power cable for any physical damage, such as cracks or signs of water damage, that may be preventing it from turning on properly;
3. Make sure that the [Power] button on the air purifier is clean;
4. Ensure that the air filters are properly installed and not clogged;
5. Check if the purifier compartment panel is closed correctly;
6. Inspect the air intake and outlet vents for any blockages or obstructions that may be preventing airflow;
7. As a last resort, reset the air purifier to its factory settings. Once the air purifier has reset, you need to set it up again using the Mi Home app or configuration interface.
