The throttle of the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Pro doesn’t work
The Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Pro comes with a throttle, providing the rider with precise control over the scooter's acceleration. A simple press of the throttle is all it takes to engage the powerful motor, propelling the scooter forward with a smooth and gradual increase in speed.
If the throttle doesn’t work, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. For your safety, the throttle can only start working until the scooter exceeds 2.5 mph (4 km/h);
2. If the dashboard displays fault code 14 or you hear one long beep and four short beeps, it indicates that the throttle should be replaced. In this situation, it is recommended to send the scooter to our service center for repair;
