2. Ensure that your camera is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network with sufficient bandwidth. You can also try restarting your router or moving the camera closer to the router to improve the connection and reduce the interference from other electronic devices;
3. Please access the camera's live feed from a different device, such as another smartphone or a computer, to check if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the camera itself or with the device you're using to access it;
4. Make sure both the firmware of your Mi 360° Home Security Camera 2K Pro and the Mi Home app are up-to-date. The latest updates often include bug fixes and improvements that could address sound issues;
5. Sometimes, simply restarting the camera and the app can resolve minor glitches or temporary issues. Try powering off the camera, waiting a few moments, and then turning it back on;
