The doorbell can only be paired with one Xiaomi account. After binding, it can be added (paired) to other accounts, and it cannot be added successfully
You can refer to the following steps:
1. Log in to the Mi Home App to check which account is paired, and unbind (long press the doorbell icon in the APP and click the pop-up delete button), and try to pair again;
2. Check Wi-Fi connection to ensure your phone is connected to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as the doorbell does not support 5GHz networks;
3. Reset the doorbell to its factory settings by pressing and hold the reset button for about 5-10 seconds until you hear a voice prompt or see an LED indicator light flashing.
