4. Nearby electronic devices or other wireless signals can cause interference. Try moving the doorbell to a different location to see if it improves the video streaming;
5. Adjust the location of the doorbell to stronger network coverage to see if it reduces the issues with video freezing and picture and sound being out of sync;
