The Xiaomi Smart Doorbell 3 cannot be found in the Mi Home APP.

If the Xiaomi Doorbell 3 cannot be found in Mi Home apps or unable to connect to Mi Home apps, please refer to the following steps:
1. Ensure that the doorbell still got battery to connect it, it’s recommended to charge the device for 8 hour before use;
2. Ensure that your smartphone Bluetooth and location is enabled, and the permission are set to allowed to all the time;
3. Ensure the phone are connected to a strong Wi-Fi network, it’s recommended to use 2.4Ghz for more stable connection on your device;
4. Ensure that the Wi-Fi signal strength is strong enough for the Xiaomi Smart Doorbell 3 to connect. You can move the doorbell closer to the router during set up;
5. Reset the doorbell by taking off the back cover by SIM ejector tool, then press and hold on the reset button for 5-7 second until a ‘Beep’ sound prompt from the doorbell;
6. Change different device and Mi Account and try to connect to the doorbell again.
