If the water pump of the Xiaomi Smart Pet Fountain makes loud noises, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check if there are any debris or foreign objects blocking the pump or the water flow;
2. Over time, mineral deposits or dirt can build up on the pump, causing it to become noisy. Please clean and reinstall it in time to see if the issue persists;
3. Remove the cover and check if the pump is installed properly. Please ensure that the pump remains parallel to the water tank;
4. Check whether there is looseness or falling off at both ends of the water piper. Please connect the piper properly and securely;
5. Please clean the pump with a wet sponge thoroughly and install it. Then lift the pump and the cover out of water, wait for 5 seconds, and install it again. If the attempt fails, you can inject water vertically from the water outlet hole of the upper cover.
