The Xiaomi Smart Pet Feeder can't be connected to the Wi-Fi network or is offline

When establishing a connection between your Xiaomi Smart Pet Feeder and the Mi Home app, please select a Wi-Fi network and input the password to establish the connection.
If the connection cannot be established or the device is offline, you can follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Ensure that your Wi-Fi network meets the requirements of the feeder. It should be a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as the Xiaomi Smart Pet Feeder doesn't support 5GHz networks;
2. Ensure that the feeder is within range of your Wi-Fi router and that the signal is strong enough for a stable connection. You may need to move the feeder closer to the router temporarily during setup;
3. Double-check the Wi-Fi settings on your smartphone. Make sure you're connecting to the correct Wi-Fi network and entering the correct password;
4. Ensure that there is no special character in the Wi-Fi password;
5. Connect your smartphone to the network and see if the network is in good condition;
6. If the feeder is still not connecting, you can try resetting it to its factory settings. Use a needle-shaped object to press and hold the Wi-Fi reset button for two seconds. When the Wi-Fi indicator blinks in blue, the Wi-Fi has been reset successfully and the feeder has been restored to factory settings.
