If the Mi Watch can't be charged or fully charged, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Please charge the smart watch for at least 30 minutes and see if the smart watch's battery power increases;
2. It is recommended to use the standard charging cable for charging;
3. If you use a mobile power supply for charging, you need to replace it with a standard USB charger for charging. This can help rule out issues related to the power charger;
4. Verify that the charging cable and charger are in good condition. Make sure the cable is securely connected to both the watch and the power charger. If possible, try to use a different charging cable to eliminate any cable-related issues;
5. Check whether the metal contacts/charging surface of the cable or the smart watch is clean. Please try to wipe it with a tissue. (If there is rust, use a cotton swab
or cotton cloth dipped in alcohol to wipe it.) Make sure there is no poor contact between the watch and the charging cable;
6. Check if the ambient temperature of the watch during charging is too high or too low. If the temperature of the watch is too high or too low, the system will prohibit charging. The charging function will automatically resume after the temperature is normal;
7. Please check if the device’s firmware is updated to the latest version. Please open the Mi Fitness app >> [Device] >> [Update] >> check for updates;
8. You can check if the Mi Fitness app is updated to the latest version. Please open the Mi Fitness app >> [Profile] >> [Version] >> check for updates;
9. As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset on your watch. Please slide up to find [Settings] >> [System] >> [Reset].
If the above troubleshooting methods can’t resolve the issue, please contact our local official service center or your seller for further assistance. They will help you in this regard.
