If the firmware on the Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro can't be updated, please refer to the following troubleshooting methods:
1. Please charge the watch to more than 30% and try to update again;
2. Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on the smartphone to which the watch is paired;
3. Ensure the watch is within the Bluetooth range of the connected phone. Keep them close to each other;
4. Ensure your phone has a stable internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or mobile data;
5. Try again in a place where there are fewer Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices to reduce other signal interference;
6. Please ensure the Mi Fitness app is updated to the latest version by opening the Mi Fitness app and going to [Profile] >> look for and check [Version];
7. Make sure you have the right path to update the firmware by going to the [Mi Fitness] app >> [Device] >> [Update] >> check for the update here;
8. If the issue persists, restart the phone and try updating again;
9. Unbind the watch in the Mi Fitness app, then rebind it, and try updating again;
10 . Please reinstall the Mi Fitness app and see if the issue persists;
11. Change to another phone, log in to the Mi Fitness app with the same account, connect to the watch, and try updating again;
12. As a last resort, you can try performing a factory reset on your watch and try updating again. Keep in mind that this will erase all data on the device, so make sure to back up any important information first. Please enter the main interface of the watch and slide up from the bottom with one finger >> [Settings] >> [System] >> [Reset] >> tap on the [√] icon.
We hope the above information is helpful. If the issue still occurs, please open the Mi Fitness app and go to [Profile] >> [Feedback] >> [Other]. After submitting the user feedback, please have some patience and wait for the future updates.
