If the Xiaomi Watch Color 2 doesn't record sleeping data or the sleeping data is not accurate, please refer to the following troubleshooting methods:
1. Please check if the device’s firmware is updated to the latest version by opening the Mi Fitness app and going to [Device] >> [Update] >> check it here;
2. Please ensure the Mi Fitness app is updated to the latest version by opening the Mi Fitness app and going to [Profile] >> look for and check [Version];
3. Please try to temporarily unbind the watch from the app. After rebinding, turn on auxiliary sleep monitoring and see if the problem is improved;
4. Please confirm your sleep period. Sleep time that is too short (less than 20 minutes) will result in no sleep data being recorded;
5. If the watch is worn too loosely or shakes significantly, it will cause abnormal sleep monitoring during sleep. It is recommended that you wear your device steadily while sleeping;
6. If you fall asleep while riding in a vehicle, your sleep data will not be recorded due to bumps in the vehicle;
7. If the watch is in a relatively quiet state that is similar to the sleeping scene, the sensor may be judged to be sleeping, resulting in errors in the time to fall asleep;
8. Ensure that the heart rate monitoring feature is not turned off by opening the Mi Fitness app and going to [Device] >> [Heart rate] >> [Continuously monitoring] >> check it here;
9. Please check that you have selected the correct region by opening the Mi Fitness app and going to [Profile] >> [Settings] >> [Region]. In the meanwhile, make sure that the region on your smartphone is the same one as your watch;
10. Please reinstall the app and see if the issue persists;
