The Redmi Smart Band 2 can't be charged or fully charged.

If the Redmi Smart Band 2 can't be charged or fully charged, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. It is recommended to use a regular standard charger and cable for charging;
2. If there is no charging indication after inserting the charger, please check if the adapter and the band’s charging port are obstructed, or if the internal connecting wires are damaged;

3. If the band has been unused for a long time, or has been shut down due to low battery, the battery may have been over-discharged, which requires more time to be activated. Please be patient;
4. Please charge your band for at least 30 minutes and observe if the battery level increases;
5. Please charge at room temperature (recommended 20~35 ℃). To ensure battery safety, when the temperature is too high or too low, the charging current of the battery will be much smaller than at normal temperature, resulting in longer charging times. It is recommended to charge the band at room temperature;
6. Please replace the charger and data cable with ones that can charge normally, and try if charging is successful. If charging is normal, then the charger and cable are faulty;
7. As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset on your band. Please slide up to find [Settings] >> [System] >> [Reset].
If the above troubleshooting methods can’t resolve the issue, please contact our local official service center or your seller for further assistance. They will help you in this regard.
