If the Mi Body Composition Scale fails to measure body weight, it may be due to the following reasons:
1. The age and height set in the APP are not within the measurement range;
Age range: 6 to 99 years old
Height range: 90cm~220cm
2. The surface of the metal electrodes of the Mi Body Composition Scale is contaminated or the soles of the feet are relatively dry. It is recommended to clean the metal electrode surface of the scale or the soles of your feet with a damp towel before measurement;
3. The contact position between the sole of the foot and the metal sheet on the scale surface is incorrect. It is necessary to step on the metal sheet with bare feet, and the two feet naturally stand on both sides of the scale;
4. Please note that the weight value on the display flashes twice before entering the fat measurement process, and the progress bar walks from left to right once and flashes twice, indicating that the fat measurement is completed.
