After two cameras are connected to Mi Home App, what should I do if only one camera can be controlled?
1.The camera supports 2.4G and 5G dual-frequency WiFi. Please check if the network meets the requirements.
2. Please check the indicator light status. A steady blue light indicates that it is connected.
3. Mi Home Security Camera is compatible with devices of Android 4.0(and later) or iOS 8.0(and later). Please check if the connected device is compatible.
4. If the problem persists, please reset Mi Home Security Camera.
