What should I do if the mobile keyboard does not pop up?
If you're having trouble with the input method not popping up, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:1. Check to see if an external keyboard is connected. After connecting the keyboard, the input method will not pop up by default, but you can input through the keyboard normally.
2. If you do not connect an external keyboard and the input method does not pop up, you can find the relevant input method according to the following path: Settings--Application--Manage Apps. Then click "End Run" at the bottom, or switch back to another input method and try to input again.
