The oscillation function of the Mi Smart Standing Fan 2 doesn't work

If the oscillation function of the Mi Smart Standing Fan 2 doesn't work, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:

3. Ensure that there are no obstructions preventing the fan from oscillating freely. Objects around the base or near the fan blades could interfere with its movement;
