The Mi Smart Standing Fan 1X doesn't work or can't be powered on
If your Mi Smart Standing Fan 1X doesn’t work or can't be powered on, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check if the fan is properly plugged into a functioning power outlet. Connect the fan to an outlet that meets the fan's requirements;
2. Loosen or damaged cord will cause the power issue. Please make sure the power cord is properly connected to the power outlet;
3. Check if the stand is properly connected to the fan base. Please install the fan base with the stand correctly;
4. Check if the child lock is enabled. Please disable the child lock feature by opening the Mi Home app and going to [Mi Home] >> [Device card] >> [Settings] >> toggle [Child lock] off;
5. Check if there is any physical damage that will cause the fan can not work normally.
