Please guide the customer to operate according to the following steps. If it is not solved, then consider repair.Most customers reported that the red light was flashing, which was no correct feedback. The real situation is red and white flashing alternately.Step 1: remove the dust cup and run the main machine independently Normal operation: judged as dust blockage, guide customers to clean filter element; abnormal operation: return to after-sales repair.Step 2: clean the HEPA filter element1、Wash the filter screen and filter element respectively: repeatedly wash and pat the filter element and filter frame, tap the dirt out until it is clean. (judge whether they are  cleaned and check whether there is dirt in the gap of filter element)2、Dry thoroughly for at least 24 hours before installation(all vacuum cleaners must be dried after washing, otherwise the motor will get water and cause failure).3、If you do not want to wash or need to continue to use, you can knock the filter element repeatedly to remove the attached dust. After knocking, it can be installed and used immediately without drying).
