If the sound is low or noisy when using the Redmi Buds 5, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check if there are any firmware updates available for your earphones. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve issues related to sound quality and performance;
2. It may be because the battery of the mobile phone or earphones is insufficient, please fully charge it before observing;
3. Ensure that the volume on your device (phone, tablet, etc.) is turned up to an appropriate level;
4. Make sure the earphones are properly inserted into your ears and securely seated. A proper fit helps to seal out external noise and ensures optimal sound quality;
5. If the distance between the mobile phone and the earphone or between the two earphones is too far, or there is an object blocking the signal (such as a wall), the sound may be intermittent or noisy. Please move the mobile phone and the earphone close, and the two earphones close at the same time;
6. Ensure that the earphones are properly connected to your device via Bluetooth. Sometimes, intermittent connectivity issues can result in low sound or noise;
7. Test the earphones with different audio sources (music, videos, calls) to determine if the issue persists across different applications or content;
8. There may be signal interference in the use environment or the mobile phone signal is weak, you can try in other use environments or places where the mobile phone signal is good, and check if the issue persists;
9. If there is a large electromagnetic interference object nearby, it may cause the other party to hear low and noisy sounds. It is recommended to stay away from objects with large electromagnetic interference such as microwave ovens during use.
10. Reset the headset, delete the connection record of the headset in the device, and restart the device before pairing.
