If the Redmi Buds 3 Lite cannot be paired or searched, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Please make sure that the earbuds are in a state of waiting for pairing. Take out the earbuds after opening the cover, wait for the earbuds to flash slowly to enter the connectable state, and then use your smartphone to search for the Bluetooth earbuds “Redmi Buds 3 Lite” for pairing. When the earbuds are put in the charging case, they cannot be paired;
2. Make sure that the binding steps are correct and that the earbuds enter the pairing state and are not in the charging case. If they are not connected to the device within 10 minutes, the earbuds will automatically shut down;
3. The earbuds may have insufficient battery power. Please charge the earbuds for half an hour before trying to pair;
4. If none of the above methods works, please try to restore the earbuds to factory settings;
5. There may be a lot of interference around, please move to other locations and try. Due to the characteristics of Bluetooth earbuds, electromagnetic waves in your area may interfere with the Bluetooth connection, and may even appear silence or disconnection after the connection.
If the above troubleshooting methods can’t resolve the issue, please contact our local official service center or your seller for further assistance. They will help you in this regard.
