If the charging box of Redmi Buds 3 Lite can’t be charged, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Try using a different charging cable and charger to see if the box can be charged. If it can be charged after replacement, the charging cable or charger may be faulty;
2. For wireless charging, ensure that the center position of the charging box aligns with the center position of the wireless charger. Avoid using excessively thick protective covers for the earphones, as this can prevent charging or result in slow charging;
3. Try using the charging cable and charger to charge other devices to verify their functionality. If other devices are charging normally, please charge the box for half an hour and then observe;
4. Dust, debris, or corrosion can accumulate in the charging ports of both the box and the charging cable. Use a soft, dry brush to carefully clean the charging ports and remove any obstructions;
5. Disconnect the charging cable from the box and power source, then reconnect it and try charging the box again. Sometimes, simply restarting the charging process can resolve minor issues.
If the above troubleshooting methods can’t resolve the issue, please contact our local official service center or your seller for further assistance. They will help you in this regard.
