The Xiaomi Smart Blender doesn't work or can't power on

1. Check if there’s any connection issue. Ensure that the blender is properly plugged into a power outlet; 
2. Check the power cord for any signs of damage such as fraying or cuts. If the cord is damaged, it needs to be replaced;
3. Try unplugging the blender from the power source and wait for a few minutes, then plugging it back in;
4. Check whether the lid is properly attached to the glass jar;
5. If the blender has been used recently, there may be food or debris blocking the blade assembly. Ensure that the blade assembly is clean and free from any obstructions;
6. If the water is not sufficient in the glass jar, the blender will activate the overheating protection and stop working. In this case, add the proper amount of water and restart blending after the device is cooled down.
