The Mi Dual Driver Earphones have noise when they’re recording

If the Mi Dual Driver Earphones make noise when they play recordings, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. There is noise when recording, which is related to the microphone and speaker of the headphones. Please check whether there is any noise when the headphones are playing music (mid-low frequency);
2. Interference from nearby electronic devices or wireless signals can sometimes cause noise in headphones. Move away from sources of interference such as Wi-Fi routers, microwaves, or other electronic devices to see if the noise decreases;
3. Please place the microphone as close to your mouth as possible about 5cm to record and check if there is any improvement;
4. If the headphone plug is not in tight contact with the mobile phone interface, please unplug the headphones and reinsert them firmly;
5. Please make sure your headphones are in good condition. Frayed cables or damaged headphone components can cause interference and noise;
6. Ensure that the noise is not originating from the audio source itself. Try playing different recordings or using different audio sources to see if the noise persists;
7. If the noise still occurs using different headphones, the problem may be with the recording device or its settings.
If the above troubleshooting methods can’t resolve the issue, please contact our local official service center or your seller for further assistance. They will help you in this regard.
