The Xiaomi Truclean W10 Ultra Wet Dry Vacuum can’t be charged
If the Xiaomi Truclean W10 Ultra Wet Dry Vacuum can’t be charged, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps to address the issue:
1. Ensure that the power socket you are using is functional by plugging in another device or appliance;
2. The vacuum cannot be charged in the process of water adding, self-cleaning, or drying. After the process is completed, the vacuum will automatically start charging;
3. If the vacuum cleaner has been in use for an extended time, the battery could overheat and become unchargeable. Please let the vacuum cool down for a while and charge it again;
4. Please use the original power cable to charge the base station. Make sure the vacuum is put correctly in the self-cleaning base station and the base station is connected to the power;
5. As the loose connections can prevent proper charging, please make sure the charging cable is securely connected to the device and the power socket;
6. Dust, dirt, or debris may accumulate in the charging port, interfering with the charging process. Please gently clean the charging port using a clean, dry cloth or a small brush.
