The shutter button on the Mi Selfie Stick Tripod doesn’t work
If the shutter button on the Mi Selfie Stick Tripod doesn’t work, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Please check if the connected smartphone can take photos by pressing the volume buttons;
2. Please reboot your phone to check if the issue persists. Sometimes a restarting can resolve it;
3. Make sure the Bluetooth shutter has sufficient power;
4. You can also disconnect and try to reconnect to the selfie stick;
5. Please ensure the phone and within the Bluetooth range (approximately 10 meters in a barrier-free environment). If the distance between the phone and the selfie stick exceeds ten meters, the connection will be disconnected, which leads to the shutter button doesn’t work;
6. If the Bluetooth shutter fails to pair within 10 minutes or loses connection to your smartphone due to long distance or other reasons, it will enter sleep mode, and you can exit sleep mode by pressing the camera button.
