5. Please check the signal strength at your location to make sure there is nothing affecting the Bluetooth signal. A weak Bluetooth signal or any interference may lead to a connection issue.

Note:
When some smartphones connect to the Bluetooth shutter for the first time, the Bluetooth name may not show up as XMZPG, but the Bluetooth address, such as 50:E6:66:5D:36:55. You can directly click to connect. After connection, the Bluetooth name will turn into XMZPG.
