Please confirm whether the sound is produced during the induction cooker heating process or from the fan for cooling.
1. The induction cooker uses IH heating, and during the friction heating caused by magnetic field induction eddy currents with the cookware, slight electromagnetic sounds may be generated where there are gaps in the pot. Wiping off any residual water on the cookware and induction cooker panel before use can reduce the noise produced by the cookware;
2. As the product utilizes IH heating, a fan is used for heat dissipation to ensure the lifespan of the core components. Therefore, there might be a sound from the fan during operation. The fan noise of this product complies with national standards.
Note 1:
Some cookware is composed of two different materials pressed together, and there may be small gaps in between.
Note 2:
The induction cooker adjusts the fan speed based on the internal temperature. The higher the temperature, the faster the fan speed. Therefore, variations in fan noise, such as changes from high to low due to speed adjustments or vice versa, are normal.
Both of the above situations are considered normal phenomena. If there are any other unusual noises, please bring the product to an authorized service center for inspection to confirm if there are any other faults.
