Please do not put frozen steamed buns or bread into the microwave immediately. The proper way is to defrost before heating.
Defrost: Rinse frozen bread or steamed buns under the faucet quickly to cover the surface with water. Then put them into a plastic bag which is labeled as microwave safe. Please make sure the bag is not sealed, or you can use a toothpick to make a few holes in the bag to release the gas produced during the heating. Heat on defrost mode for 1-2 minutes.
Heating: Here are a general guide:
1. After defrosting, heat on low power for 1-2 minutes. Do not heat for too long. Otherwise, the bread or steamed buns may be on fire;
2. Please do not heat on medium power or high power. It may cause the buns to dehydrate quickly and be hard in the inner part to be not able to bit;
3. After microwaving, please take out the buns quickly, otherwise the hot buns may be soaked by the vapour inside the bag, which may make the buns lose their original flavour and not be delicious.
