1、Q: What kind of device can use it？

A: Phone in iOS 5.0+ or Android 4.2.2+.

 

2、 Q: Can Mi Max series phone use it？

A: Yes.

 

3、 Q: How to use it？

A: Use the handle stand on the top of selfie stick to hold phone tightly, then insert the 3.5mm aux plug into 3.5mm port on the phone. Then user can use the selfie stick on most of camera apps.

 

4、 Q: Anything need to pay attention before using？

A: Please check the device system version, some of the phone need to enable press shutter by volume button.

 

5、 Q: Do I need to charge the selfie stick？

A: No.

 

6、 Q: Why the button on selfie stick cannot use as shutter?

A: Please make sure 3.5mm plug already insert to the end of port, also make sure the volume button on the phone can be used as camera shutter. Some phones need an extra step to set remote control button on headset to available to adjust volume.

 

7、 Q: What’s the rotation angle of stand?

A: Maximum 270-degree.

 

8、 Q: Is that Bluetooth supported?

A: No, 3.5mm jack only.

 

9、 Q: What’s the max length of the stick？

A: Maximum 70cm.
