1.Q:Does mobile power bank can power for Mi Bedside Lamp 2?
A:Mi Bedside Lamp 2 doesn't support mobile power supply, please use a standard equipped power adapter.

2.Q:Can Mi Bedside Lamp 2 switch color?
A:Mi Bedside Lamp 2 supports switch color.
 
3.Q:What kind of modes does Mi Bedside Lamp 2 have?
A:Mi Bedside Lamp 2 supports three modes, which are color temperature mode, color light mode and streamer mode, and also supports collection and color picking.

4.QDoes Mi Bedside Lamp 2 support the removal of the base?
AMi Bedside Lamp 2 doesn't support the removal of the base. Mi Bedside Lamp 2 has been installed bulb before it leaves the factory, so there is no need to buy separate bulb.
 
5.Q:Does Mi Bedside Lamp 2 support night lights function?
A:Mi Bedside Lamp 2 supports the night lights function. When Mi Bedside Lamp 2 is bound to APP,  set up the effective time period of night lights through the mobile APP. When the lights are turned on during the night light period, the Bedside lights will be turned on automatically in night light mode to avoid excessive brightness to stimulate eyes.When the lamp is turned on during non-nightlight period, the bedside lamp will automatically return to the state saved in normal mode.
Note: The nightlight function is turned off by default, and will only take effect after it is turned on in Mi Home APP.
 
6.QDoes Mi Bedside Lamp 2 support Bluetooth gateway?
AMi Bedside Lamp 2 doesn't support Bluetooth gateway, bluetooth only helps devices find the Internet quickly when they are connected to the Internet.
 
7.QIs there a distance limit for the connection to mobile phone?
AThere is no distance limit for the connection to mobile phone. Only the mobile phone and Bedside Lamp are required to be kept in the same network, and two devices can connect to network separately for follow-up use control.(If use HomeKit, it needs to follow HomeKit logic when connecting).
 
8.Q:Does Mi Bedside Lamp 2 support firmware upgrade?
AMi Bedside Lamp 2 supports firmware upgrade, the new firmware will continue to optimize the product experience, and it is suggested to upgrade the firmware to the latest version.
Setting path:Mi Home App>> Mi Bedside Lamp 2>>three dots uper the right corner>>General Settings>>Check the firmware upgrade.

9.Q:Can Mi Bedside Lamp 2 be controlled by multiple people?
AMi Bedside Lamp 2 supports multi-person control. Need to bind the Bedside Lamp to the Mi Home APP and then share it with others.

10.Q:Does Mi Bedside Lamp 2 trackpad support backlighting?
A:Yes,it supports.

11.Q:How does Mi Bedside Lamp 2 connect to HomeKit?
A:1.Enter iOS system "Homeor"HomekitAPP.
2. Click "add device, follow the app instructions, scan the QR code at the bottom of the manual or device (or enter the 8-bit setting code above the QR code) to complete access.
3. Please ensure that the WiFi network is available and there is normal access to the Internet, and it is recommended to use devices of IOS9 or above.
4. HomeKit setting code is in the product base and manual, if restore factory Settings, then need to input HomeKit setting code.

12.Q:What functions does Mi Bedside Lamp 2 support afetr connect to HomeKit?
A:Support to adjust brightness, adjust color, setting, delete device, etc.
 
13.Q:Does Mi Bedside Lamp 2 support Siri after connecting to HomeKit?
A:Mi Bedside Lamp 2 supports Siri control after connecting to HomeKit, which can realize functions such as turning on and off lights and adjusting brightness.
 
14.QHow to restore factory Settings?
 
AHold down the power and mode key for 5 seconds at the same time, until Mi Bedside Lamp 2 appears red, green and blue streamers and release hand, and the Lamp will be automatically restarted after the streamer ends, so the factory Settings can be restored.

15.QDoes Mi Bedside support Yeelight remote control?
AMi Bedside Lamp 2 doesn't support the Yeelight remote control.

 Troubleshooting
 
1.QWhat if Mi Bedside Lamp 2 can't connect to WiFi?
A1. Check whether the bedside lamp is on and waiting for connection, and try to reset the bedside lamp.
2. The distance between the bedside lamp and the router should not be too far. The router can surf the Internet normally.
3. The router's SSID and password should not contain Chinese characters or special characters to ensure that the SSID and password input are correct.
4. Let router shuts down MAC address filtering.
5. Mi Bedside Lamp 2 only supports connection to 2.4G WiFi.
6. Apply for after-sales testing.

2.Q:What if Mi Bedside Lamp 2 cant turn on?
A1. Check whether the standard power adapter is being used, and it is suggested to use the standard power adapter.
2. Check whether the power cord is normally connected, and try to power on the bedside lamp a few minutes after replugging it.
3. Try to replace the power socket and exclude it as the result of the socket not energizing.
4. Check whether the touch pad is dirty and the keys fail, and try after wiping the touch pad.
5. Apply for after-sales testing.

3.QHow to do if the trackpad failed?
A1.Check whether the bedside lamp connects the network normally.
2.Check whether the touch button is dirty and try after wiping.
3.Check whether the firmware of the bedside lamp is the latest version and try to update the firmware to the latest version.
4. Apply for after-sales testing.
 
4.QWhat if Mi Bedside Lamp 2 can't remote control?
ARemote control is required. Mi Bedside Lamp 2 should be connected to the Mi Home /Yeelight App first, and the lamp should be connected to the Internet in real time.
1. Check whether the Mi Bedside Lamp 2 is connected to the Mi Home /Yeelight App.
2. Whether the account logged into the Mi Home/Yeelight App is the same account bound with Mi Lamp 2.
3. Check whether the network status of the bedside lamp is normal to avoid network interruption.
4. If the network status of the mobile phone (Mi Home /Yeelight App) is normal, try to change the network environment.
5. Try resetting and rebinding the bedside lamp.
