Solutions:
Make sure the mobile phone bluetooth doesn't connect to other devices. Turn on the scooter and connect it.If connect failure:
1. Check whether the APP has acquired bluetooth access rights, and check whether the permissions of the APP are forbidden.Confirm whether allow the App to obtain mobile phone permissions, including the App to obtain mobile phone location permission, and select the correct area in the App;
2. According to the APP prompt, press the startup button of the scooter to see if there is any response. Remove the scooter from the MI Home APP and add it again;
3. Switch the bluetooth of the phone again, restart the scooter and the phone, and reconnect;
4. Uninstall the App and reinstall it, and try to connect again;
5. If still unable to connect, please try to change the phone;
6. If the bluetooth can't be connected after replacing the mobile phone, and the bluetooth can be used normally, you can apply for after-sales testing to check whether it is the bluetooth fault of the car body.
Notes:
Make sure that the APP has bluetooth access and does not have permission to disable the APP with third-party software.
If the scooter appear that can't be connected, automatic shutdown and tail light flashing after upgrading, please apply for after-sales service.
