How to deal with abnormal sounds when the robot is sweeping the floor?

1. The abnormal sound of the universal wheel is mainly caused by too much dust under the bed or sofa in the user's home. It is suggested to remove the universal wheel to clean the bearing dust and use a cotton swab to clean the particles and foreign matters in the bearing hole.
