Why Mi Band has been connected to charge, but the screen doesn't show charging?

Solution:

1. Try to insert and unplug the main body of the band several times or swing the band slightly.

2. Please make sure that the USB port (PC or other power supply device) is normally powered, and try to replace the USB charging cable of the Mi Band.Or try to replace the USB port of the power supply device.

3. Whether there is a "charging" prompt in the interface of "Profile" -> "Mi Band" in the Mi Fitness/Zepp Life APP.

4. If none of the above is effective, it is suggested to apply for after-sale service.
