What to do if it is unable to charge laptop
Solutions:
If the laptop can't be charged, it is suggested:
1. check whether the charger works normally (try inserting the charger into the mobile phone/pad and other equipment to determine whether it is normal or not, if it is not normal, please apply for after-sales service);
