Solution:
First of all, make sure that during the call, it is unable to hear clearly when talking to an individual mobile phone, or if it is unable to hear most calls.
If you can't hear clearly with an individual cell phone:
1. The problem is likely to be on the other person's phone. It is suggested to make more phone calls. If all others turn out normal, then the phone itself has no problem.
If most of the calls are not clear:
1. It is recommended to turn on hands-free or insert headphones. If they can hear clearly, it may be the receiver failure. It is recommended to repair at the maintenance outlet. If they can't hear clearly, do the following:
2. It is suggested to move to a better environment and check the signal strength through *#*#4636#*#* to view the mobile phone information. Generally speaking, the signal strength between-90dbm and-50dbm indicates that the signal quality is better. (There are more information on dbm in the supplementary notes)
3. Try a SIM card from another operator and see if the call is normal and clear.
4. Check if there is third-party software in the phone that involves call listening permissions, deactivate or uninstall such attempts.
5. Empty the phone data, upgrade the system to the latest version, and then try if they can use it properly (be sure to back up the data first).
6. If the above methods don’t work, it is recommended to apply for after-sale, or go to the maintenance outlet for testing and processing.
Note: dbm is the signal strength unit, and the value is negative. The greater the negative value, the better the signal. Anything less than-94dbm, the signal quality is not good, and there may be voice murmur. If the value is less than-100dbm, the signal is extremely bad, and they may encounter breaks during the call. That is to say, the smaller the absolute value of dbm, the better the signal is, and vice versa. For example, -30dbm signal is stronger than -90dbm signal.
