Solution:
First, it is suggested to confirm whether the phone is not fully charged with each charge, and how much (percentage) it can charge.
1. Make sure to charge phone at normal room temperature.
2. Whether the original charger and data cable are used. If not, it is recommended to replace the original charger or use other better quality charger and data cable to try.
3. It is recommended to make several full charge and discharge attempts (0 to the maximum value), and then observe whether it can reach 100%.
4. If the above operations have been tried, it is recommended to got to after-sales center for inspection.
