Troubleshooting for Mi Band incoming call alert abnormal

Solution:

After setting up the incoming call reminder on the Mi Fitness/Zepp Life, the band and the mobile phone will maintain the connection of bluetooth information transmission. If there is no incoming call reminder, it can be checked according to the following circumstances:

1. Confirm whether the "Caller ID" service is enabled for the SIM card. If not, the band will not be reminded.

2. Confirm whether the hand ring and the mobile phone are still connected, open the mini motion pull-down synchronization to judge whether the data is connected,

3. Confirm whether the bluetooth of the mobile phone is working normally. If the bluetooth does not maintain the connection state, the incoming call reminder will also be abnormal.

4. Enter "My device" -- "Mi Band" -- "Incoming call reminder" to see if "incoming call only to remind contact" is opened. If this option is enabled, cold call cannot be called reminder.

5. For dual-card mobile phones (such as Redmi Note series, etc.), only the development version of MIUI7 and later versions can use dual-card calling reminder. No matter whether card 1 or card 2 calls, they will call reminder.

6. Go to Settings - More apps - Find the Mi Fitness/Zepp Life app and confirm whether the access to read address book is enabled.This option must be enabled to remind.

7. Reinstall the Mi Fitness/Zepp Life App and connect it again. All the permissions suggested when installing the App should be allowed to open and re-bind the band.

Notes:

If the system version and the model are consistent or abnormal, it is generally caused by abnormal bluetooth communication. It is recommended to restart the bluetooth or try to re-bind it.
