1. Verify the APP's personal information, such as height, weight and other data. Abnormal personal information may lead to errors in the synchronized data.
2. After logging into Mi Fitness/Zepp Life App, user found that the previous data records in the APP were lost, and the bound device also disappeared.In this case, it may be because the user's login method is wrong. Please check the login method and then login again.(The most common way of mi account login is to login through mobile phone number, and through accounts and passwords)
3. It is also possible that the phone's Bluetooth is broken during synchronization, such as the system's Bluetooth crash, wifi switch, incoming call, etc. Updating app operation of band data will lead to synchronization error. In the case of occasional data loss, you can try to unbind and rebind the band in "My band", which will restart the band.
