The headphone doesn't be plugged into the headphone, but the phone still shows the headphone

Solutions:
1. Restart the mobile phone to try.
2. It is recommended to check the headphone (Type-C headphone hole is the charging port) and see if there is a something in it, clean it up and restart the mobile phone to try.
3. Insert headphones (the headphone holes support American standard 3.5mm headphones with round holes and Type-C headphones without round holes) and see if they function normally.
4. Update the latest version, back up the mobile phone data, restore the phone to factory settings and try again.
5. If the above cannot solve the problem, it is suggested to go to the local after-sales center for inspection.
