Screen freezing during a call
Solution:
To confirm whether it is due to the close, or away from the phone screen or press the power button repeatedly during the call, causing the phone to turn on and off the screen multiple times. If so, It is recommended not to frequently close, or be away from the phone screen or press the power button during a call. Once the screen is frozen, it is suggested to recover by pressing the power button to turn off the screen and then turn on the screen. There are already fixes for this issue. modifications is incorporated in the recent OTA version. It is recommended to update the software in time.
