Phone's private files loss
Solution:
The loss of private files:
1. Third-party apps can clean up the garbage. The third-party security software installed on the phone may delete the private files when cleaning the garbage of the phone (unable to perfectly distinguish whether the phone data should be kept or not).It is suggested to use the service center that phone involved.
2. Manually delete the hidden files, and improper operation to delete the files will also cause the loss of private files (some hidden files contain system files, so it is not recommended to delete the data privately).
3. To confirm whether the simulated SD card is formatted when restoring factory Settings. If so, private files will be lost.
4. The re-add of the private file indicates that the system normally checks in accordance with the above three points, and the failure tells that it is not possible to get back.
The private file is corrupted
1. In interface of private files, long press the damaged files -- more -- to repair the encrypted files.
2. Re-add an undamaged file to the private folder to check whether it is normal; If it is normal, it means that the source file is damaged. If the newly added file is still damaged, it is impossible to restore the file. It is suggested to backup the required file and add it again.
