Phone crashes for no reason, lag, cycle restart

Solution:
Infrequent crashes and stuck:
It is normal for the phone to freeze and freeze occasionally.
1. The machine freezes when using some software. Wait for a while, and generally the "xxx program is no responding, is it closed?" Can be clicked to close and reopen the software to use;
2. If the phone is stuck for a long time and does not respond, first try to click the HOME button (if using the full screen gesture operation, try sliding up to launch). If it is possible to return to the home screen, or click the task button to call up task management to close the stuck program. Re-open and use
3. If the mobile phone does not respond, press and hold the power button for more than 10 seconds to perform forced restart. Products with removable batteries can be unplugged and restarted.
Frequent crashes and stuck:
1. If a program crashes every time when running it, it is suggested to determine that it is a problem with the software itself. It is recommended to uninstall the current software and download other software with the same or similar functions for use.
2. Determine whether the phone is rooted. After rooting, the system will get the highest authority, which may cause system instability.
3. Frequent crashes and freezes, and it is determined that it is not an App problem, restore factory settings after the backup of data.
4. The above methods are invalid, it is suggested to flash the latest system version system, it is still invalid, and it is suggested to go to the after-sales center for inspection.
After crashing or restarting, the white MI Logo interface is stuck or the cycle restarts:
1. To confirm whether the abandonment of mobile phone data is accepted or not.
2. If accepted, it is suggested to enter the Recovery mode by pressing the volume + button and power button during the startup or cyclic restart process.
3. If Recovery mode can be entered successfully, select “Clear Data” by volume key up and down, and press the power key to confirm; then select “Empty all data”, and press the power key again to confirm.
4. After successfully clearing the data, the phone will be restored to the factory state. If there is Xiaomi account logged in; then the first time it is turned on, it will be necessary to log in to the previous Xiaomi account to verify the identity;
5. If Recovery mode can not be entered successfully, or the operation of clearing data after entering Recovery can not be down successful, or the data is still invalid after clearing the data, it is recommended to give priority to go to the after-sales center for inspection.
